Shipping Policy: All orders placed by 10am EST will be send to workshop same day whereas orders placed after 10am EST will be sent to workshop next working day. Please allow 14 business days after payment to get your accessories personalized. It's a personalized piece, we want it to be as exclusive as possible!
For domestic shipments (USA), please allow 4-8 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. For international shipments, it takes approximately 14-18 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you may log into your account to track your order with tracking code provided by us.
Please take note that custom orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved.
Damage in Shipping: Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 48 hours to our Customer Service Department during normal customer service hours. We will need photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box the damaged item was shipped in.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our friendly customer service via email. No cancellation fees shall be applicable. Unfortunately, once your order is processed, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests.
